Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will support Asiapro’s aviation business platform by:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle—from job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and endorsing candidates to onboarding.

• Sourcing and screening applicants through various channels to meet manpower requirements.

• Conducting interviews and coordinating schedules with hiring managers.

• Maintaining applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

• Collaborating with operations teams to identify staffing needs and ensure timely deployment.

• Ensuring a positive candidate experience and upholding Asiapro’s employer brand.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or any related course.

• Experience in recruitment or general HR is preferred.

• Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
