Job Description & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the implementation of product demonstrations, quality farmers meeting, house-to-house detailing and other activities related to the promotions and sales of company’s products in his area of coverage or territory.
*  Implementing promo strategies and programs developed by the Area Manager/Technical Sales Representative (TSR) to ensure the efficient and effective promotion of all company products in his area of coverage
*  Conducting product demonstration in strategic places in order to explain the proper method and timing of application and safety measures involved
*  Conducting house-to-house detailing to promote and describe the features of the company;’s products to the farmers in their residences
*  Conducting Regular Farmers Meeting to promote/introduce features and benefits as well as proper timing, dosage and application of all company’s products.
*  Conducting Market Day to promote/on the spot selling of our products. Encourage farmers to switch brands.
*  Monitoring of the product inventory and requirements of dealers/outlets in his area of coverage in order to ensure availability of company products to the farmers
*  Keeping abreast of any market development in his area coverage and recommending appropriate action to enable the company to neutralize such activities
*  Safekeeping and maintaining in good cognition all company properties assigned to his care
*  Diligent safekeeping and utilization of promo materials to ensure its efficient and effective use in the company’s promotional activities
*  Writing  a  monthly  report  to  the  Area  Manager/TSR
summarizing his achievement of assigned tasks according to his monthly itinerary.
 

Qualifications:

*  Agriculture Graduate or any related course of study
*  Know how to drive motorcycle with valid drivers’ license
*  Fresh Graduate or at least one (1) year experience in extension of service
*  Computer Literate
