The Data and Systems Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient ERP system management, data security, and seamless integration across business operations. This position leads system improvements, monitors compliance, and provides actionable data insights for decision-makers. Tasks will include the following:

• Lead ERP System Management & Integration – Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and administration of ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with key business platforms for optimized workflows and data consistency.
• Ensure Compliance & Data Governance – Develop and enforce data management policies, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, internal controls, and best practices for data integrity, security, and accessibility.
• Optimize System Performance & Analytics – Conduct system audits, monitor performance, and analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights, proactively addressing bottlenecks and security risks.
• Enhance User Experience & Stakeholder Collaboration – Provide guidance on ERP functionalities, address user concerns, and work with IT and business leaders to continuously improve system processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; MA in Business Administration is a plus.
• ERP & Systems Expertise – Proven experience in ERP system administration, database management, and IT support.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and drive strategic decision-making.
• Leadership & Collaboration – Strong project management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
