Job Descrption:

As a Member-Supervisor he/she must responsible for providing excellent service in handling members to achieve Clients’ satisfaction, Administer member disciplinary action, and ensure that due is implemented and properly documented.

Qualifications:

* Graduate of any 4-year course
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City
* Experience as a safety officer is an advantage
* With motorcycle
* With working knowledge in the field of Customer Service, Social Work, and Human Resources       function
* Must possess good oral and written skills
* Technical expertise and up-to-date knowledge in the construction industry/occupational changes,
   practices, standards, protocols, and procedures, applicable laws, government-issued rules and regulations (e.g. ISO, Occupational Safety and Health, Department of Health, LGUs)
*  Knowledge on the cooperative’s guidelines and OSCA-R
* Good oral and written communication skills (English, Tagalog, dialect of members)
* Knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Good presentation and facilitation skills
* Supervisory/leadership Skill (coach, counsel, performance review)
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Service-oriented
* Organized
