Job Description:

As our Facilities and Project Management Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our work environments. By managing renovations, upgrades, and maintenance projects, you’ll ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of functionality and excellence. Functions and responsibilities include:

• Project Oversight and Building Maintenance: Plan, implement, and oversee facilities projects, including routine building maintenance, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
• Vendor and Budget Management: Coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and develop project plans to keep projects on track and within scope, including repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Risk and Policy Development: Identify potential risks, implement corrective actions, and establish best practices for both project execution and ongoing facility upkeep.

Qualifications:

• Experience and Expertise: 5+ years in facilities or project management, with a strong understanding of building systems, maintenance, and project management principles.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work seamlessly with diverse teams and external partners.
• Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities.
