Job Description:

As our Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely collections, and maintaining positive client relationships. This role is responsible for monitoring receivables, conducting credit assessments, and preparing financial reports and variance analyses.

*   Credit & Collection: Manage receivables, perform credit assessments, and drive timely collections to meet DBO targets and minimize bad debts.

*   Billing Accuracy & Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate, contract-compliant invoicing and prepare key financial reports with variance analyses and data validation.

*   Audit, Compliance & Process Improvement: Conduct financial audits, enforce policy adherence, and recommend process enhancements while coordinating with teams to resolve client-related financial concerns.

Qualifications:

*   Educational & Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, credit, and collections, preferably in the construction or manpower industry.

*   Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of credit and collection processes, financial reporting, and variance analysis, with proficiency in Spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheets) and other financial tools, coupled with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

*   Interpersonal & Organizational Strengths: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and clients.
