Job Description:

An Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients or customers. They serve as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating the delivery of services or products that meet client needs.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
* Proven experience in account management, sales, or client relations, ideally within an international or overseas context
* Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency at N3 Level or higher
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to various cultural norms
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Willingness to travel internationally as needed
* Amenable to work onsite at Kapitolyo, Pasig
