Job Description:
A Senior Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, logistics, and personnel supervision, while maintaining compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel including team leaders, pickers, packers, and forklift operators.

• Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.

• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records.

• Coordinate receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods in line with company procedures.

• Streamline warehouse processes to improve turnaround time and reduce errors.

• Implement and monitor KPIs to track warehouse performance and drive improvements.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintain documentation for audits and reporting.

• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., planning, fleet, facility, HR) and external partners.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities and performance.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 1-3 years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience. Background in inventory management, logistics, or distribution is required.

• Skills & Competencies:
