Duties and Responsibilities:

As Payout Processor your task is to ensure the timely and accurate encoding of members' time records and release of payouts.

Payout Administration

*   Verifies total required hours worked, extended hours, and other timekeeping-related information

*   Knowledge of Payroll Administration, Billing, and Collection

*   Prepares SOMA, payout reports, bank advice, and billing reports

*   Computes SIL conversion, Coopshare Refunds, and YEI amount of members

*   Addresses all complaints and issues of Members regarding their pay-out

*   Releases payouts based on the schedule

*   Distributes SOMA to Member Supervisor and verifies if received by members

Qualifications:

*   Graduate of any management related course.

*   With experience in Payout Processing is an advantage.

*   Willing to be assigned in Pulilan, Bulacan.
