Job Description and Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you ensure timely fulfillment of client requests of candidates through proactive recruiting techniques and proper endorsement to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sourcing – uses different job portals; field recruitment; creates job advertisements; conducts initial interviews of applicants, refers for testing, schedules interviews; prepares and submits weekly fulfillment report; analyze trends in recruitment strategies.
• Deployment – ensures compliance of new hires for submission of requirements prior starting date and complete membership forms on the first day of engagement; ensures new hires’ concerns have been properly addressed and monitored; schedules the new hire for other regulatory trainings and seminar before deployment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate HR and/ or any relate course
• With working knowledge on recruitment
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office applications
• Open to do field work
