Key Responsibilities

As a Benefits Specialist, you will support our members by:

• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of benefit payments.
• Handling timely and accurate reporting of newly hired and resigned members to SSS and PhilHealth.

• Securing and releasing Certificates of Compliance or Good Standing from SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.

• Conducting re-orientation sessions on statutory and in-house benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology or Human Resource Management.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Knowledge or internship background in statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) is an advantage.

• High attention to detail and accuracy, strong coordination and communication skills.
