Job Description:
As a Carpenter your are responsible for constructing, assembling, and installing structures and components in accordance with specifications, plans, and drawings. The role involves measuring, cutting, and shaping materials, ensuring quality workmanship, and supporting the completion of construction or production activities in compliance with safety and project standards.

Qualifications:

• Blueprint Reading: Understanding architectural plans and technical drawings is crucial for accurately following instructions and ensuring the project's success.
• Tool Proficiency: Carpenters must be adept at using both hand and power tools, including saws, drills, hammers, and measuring tools, as well as specialized tools like nail guns and routers.
• Material Knowledge: Understanding the properties and characteristics of various building materials, including wood, drywall, and metal, is essential for making informed decisions and ensuring quality workmanship. 
• Carpentry Techniques: Proficiency in various carpentry techniques, such as framing, roofing, joinery, and finishing, is vital for constructing and installing structures and fixtures.
• Problem-solving: Carpenters need to be able to identify and solve problems that arise during construction, such as unexpected structural issues or material discrepancies.
• Mathematical Skills: Carpenters need to be able to perform calculations for measuring, cutting, and installing materials, as well as for determining the amount of materials needed for a project.
• Knowledge of Building Codes: Understanding and adhering to local building codes and regulations is essential for ensuring safety and compliance.
