Job Description:
A Passenger Serive Agent (PSA) is responsible for assisting ticketed passengers during check-in, helping them check luggage and print boarding passes, ensuring that they have proper documentation to board the plane. Airlines also station PSAs at each gate before and during boarding.
Qualifications:
* Preferably College Graduate (no specific course)
* Good communication skills
* Pleasing Personality and Good Moral Character
* Preferably with experience in any airline / passenger services – practicum session or On the Job Training exposure similar or related exposure in previous job would be an advantage
* With knowledge and skills in basic computer operations
* Well-organized and a self-starter
* Willing to render overtime on rest days and holidays as needed
* Willing to work on shifts and holidays
