A Lounge Agent ensures passengers are provided with the highest level of customer service at all times by greeting them as they enter the lounge and introducing them to all available services and offering assistance where required, to maintain customer loyalty.

Job Descripton:

As a Lounge Agent He/she coordinates and assists in a proactive manner with catering, cleaning and maintenance operations and supplies (stocks) control, so that service standards are met and maintained. The Lounge Utility Attendant also keeps the lounge clean, especially clearing of tables and keeping the areas, i.e. toilets, exceptionally clean.

Qualifications:

- College undergraduate level or high school diploma or equivalent, must be able to read and write
- Experience in high-end professional hospitality industry
- English proficient, proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights, as this role often requires      24/7 coverage
