Job Description:
Performs various packing operations from harvesting to van loading.
Qualifications:
* At least 18 years old and above
* No formal education required; basic reading and writing skills are an advantage.
* Physically fit and able to perform manual work for long hours
* Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards
* Can work independently or as part of a team
* With good attitude, discipline, and reliability
* Flexible and with Good Initiative.
* Experience in banana operation or manufacturing is an advantage
