A Business Development and Marketing Officer is responsible for driving the Cooperative growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and pipeline management, while integrating strategic marketing initiatives that generate leads and strengthen market presence across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify Business to Business  leads through client outreach and field visits
• Present services, prepare proposals, and close business deals
• Customer Relationship Management, sales tracking, and pipeline updates
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract clients
• Create and manage promotional materials and content
• Monitor lead conversions and campaign performance
   

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or related fields.
• Intermediate excel skills, strong graphic design and presentation abilities 
• Proactive, upbeat attitude with excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills
• Willing to conduct field work and client visits
• Prior experience supporting proposal development and assisting in sales or marketing campaigns.
