Job Description:
As a  Delivery Dispatcher you are  responsible for coordinating and scheduling delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient distribution of goods. This role monitors delivery routes, communicates with drivers and customers, and resolves any logistical issues to maintain smooth operations.  

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate.
• Experience in food delivery/logistics is an advantage.
• Ability to organize your time and workload.
• Have excellent time management skills and be able to deal with customers. service complaints in appropriate manner.
• Computer Literate, Basic Mathematics.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Can perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pay attention to detail.
• Basic Office Software.
