Job Description:

Develop Strategic Partnerships:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with our manufacturing clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
Ensure Operational Excellence:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the flawless execution of services, meeting and exceeding client expectations efficiently, on time, and within budget using project management skills (Ex. Creating Gantt charts, managing resources, setting milestones, and risk management).
Secure Quality Control and Process Optimization:
- Manufacturing businesses rely on consistent quality. Implementing various quality control methodologies such as Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Lean Manufacturing in analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements in the manufacturing clients. Statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making skills are crucial here.

Qualifications:

* Graduates of Industrial Engineering, Business-related, Management-related, Agriculture-related,    or manufacturing-related courses
* At least 1-2 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry
* Fresh graduates with license are also welcome to apply
* Willing to do roving work in South Luzon area - San Pablo and Calamba, Laguna
