Responsibilities:

  • Monitor internal compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments across departments
  • Develop and implement compliance procedures
  • Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
  • Serve as the point of contact for regulatory bodies and external audits
  • Stay updated with changes in laws and best practices affecting the organization



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles, preferably in the overseas recruitment industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws, Philippine Overseas Employment Agency/Department of Migrant Worker regulations, and international labor standards.
  • Knowledgeable in Excel and dashboard
  • Willing to accept a project-based role
