Job Description:
As a ROW/Land Acquisition Field Staff you are responsible for site assessments, landowner outreach, negotiating access rights, and coordinating with project managers and legal teams to secure property interests.

Qualifications:​​​​​​​

1. Graduate of any 4-year course
2.  With 2–3 years of experience in land acquisition projects (preferably with NGCP, DOTr, real estate, energy, or railway projects)
3. Strong negotiation skills
4. Experience in processing land acquisition documents
5. Preferably with motorcycle and valid driver’s license
6. Willing to be assigned or relocated anywhere
