Job Descrption:
As a Member-Supervisor he/she must responsible for providing excellent service in handling members to achieve Clients’ satisfaction, Administer member disciplinary action, and ensure that due is implemented and properly documented.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City
• Experience as a safety officer is an advantage
• With motorcycle
• With working knowledge in the field of Customer Service, Social Work, and Human Resources       function
• Must possess good oral and written skills
• Technical expertise and up-to-date knowledge in the construction industry/occupational changes,
• practices, standards, protocols, and procedures, applicable laws, government-issued rules and regulations (e.g. ISO, Occupational Safety and Health, Department of Health, LGUs)
• Knowledge on the cooperative’s guidelines and OSCA-R
• Good oral and written communication skills (English, Tagalog, dialect of members)
• Knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and facilitation skills
• Supervisory/leadership Skill (coach, counsel, performance review)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Service-oriented
• Organized
