Job Description:

Accurately encode and update data into the SAP system, including inventory, sales, and financial information. Ensure data accuracy and consistency by reviewing and verifying entries. Monitor system logs and reports for errors or inconsistencies, and resolve issues as needed. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, inventory, procurement) to ensure smooth and accurate data flow. Assist in generating reports and providing data analysis to support decision-making processes. Maintain records of all encoded data and track progress in the system. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data protection regulations. Provide support and training to team members on SAP-related data management processes.

Qualifciations:

* Preferably with experience in data encoding, inventory management, or using SAP systems

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data manipulation, and reporting
