Job Description:

As a Rigger, you are responsible for preparing, attaching, and securing loads for lifting operations using cranes and other lifting equipment. You will inspect lifting gear, coordinate with crane operators and signalmen, ensure proper load balance, and follow approved lifting procedures to maintain a safe and efficient worksite.
 

Qualifications:

• With at least 3–6 months of construction or rigging experience
• Knowledgeable in rigging techniques, lifting equipment, and load handling
• Able to inspect and properly use slings, shackles, hooks, and other lifting accessories
• Physically fit and capable of working in a construction environment
• Willing to work on a project-based assignment in Pasay City
• Safety-conscious and able to communicate effectively with the lifting team
