Job Description:

As a MiJack Operator, you are responsible to operate a MiJack crane to safely lift, transport, and position precast concrete components, heavy materials, and equipment within the construction site. You will conduct pre-operation inspections, coordinate with riggers and signalmen during lifting operations, and ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
 

Qualifications:

• With at least 3–6 months of experience operating MiJack cranes or similar heavy lifting equipment
• Knowledgeable in safe lifting procedures and heavy equipment operation
• Able to perform basic equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
• Physically fit and willing to work in a construction environment
• Willing to work on a project-based assignment in Pasay City
• Safety-conscious, responsible, and able to coordinate effectively with the lifting team
