A Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for improving a company's growth by identifying new business possibilities, developing strategic alliances, and boosting revenue. They work in a variety of industries and are focused on increasing the organization's market reach.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Business Acquisition & Development
* Identify business opportunities by analyzing market trends and industry insights.
* Develop strategic plans for marketing initiatives and business expansion.
* Build and maintain partnerships with potential clients, ensuring alignment with the Cooperative goals
* Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring seamless execution and implementation.
✅ Client Handling & Relationship Management
* Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance business partnerships.
* Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
✅ Process Improvement & Project Development
* Act as the lead in business transitions and process improvements.
* Recommend and implement strategies for continuous business growth.
Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2-3 years in Business Development, Sales, or a related field. Experience in the construction industry is a plus!
* Skills & Competencies:
✔️ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
✔️ Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
✔️ Knowledge of market analysis, financial planning, and contract management
✔️ Knowledge in the construction industry
✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
