Job Description:

* Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.

* Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels.

* Conducting interviews and coordinating hiring processes.

* Maintaining applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

* Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

* Ensuring a positive candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualifications:
* Graduate of Psych or HRDM course
* Has experience in HR field, especially in recruitment. 
* Has experience in Manufacturing Field is an advantage.
