Job Description:
A Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in workplaces, buildings, or facilities. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms, as well as handling waste disposal and replenishing supplies.
| * Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs |
| * Clean and sanitize bathrooms |
| * Clean sinks, countertops, microwave, and refrigerators in breakrooms |
| * Restock supplies in bathrooms, breakrooms, and common areas |
| * Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary |
| * Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered |
| * Cleaning window wills and windows |
| * Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition |
| * Proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals |
| * General maintenance of grounds |
| * Ensuring the building is free of any hazards |
| * Performs the maintenance work for additional support that may be assigned from time to time |
Qualifications:
* Male/Female, preferable not more than 35 years old
* High School Graduate
