The Maintenance Helper ensures that administrative facilities inside and outside of the company building is maintained.

Job Description & Responsiblities:

The Maintenance Helper contributes to the smooth operation and longevity of equipment and infrastructure, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.

*  Housekeeping
a. Ensures that building facilities are always clean and hazard-free
b. Ensure that materials needed for building maintenance and repairs such as mechanical tools and supplies are properly kept and maintained.
*  Assists the Maintenance Staff/Engineer in minor troubleshooting and repairs of building facilities including simple plant equipment
*  Provides assistance to Maintenance Staff/Engineer in monitoring of building facilities and machines to ensure that they are in good working condition
*  Reports to the Maintenance Staff/Engineer on facilities that need repair and/or replacement.
*  Provides assistance to Maintenance Staff/Engineer during preventive maintenance
*  Provides assistance to Pollution Control Officer for the maintenance of waste treatment facility and control operation
*  May perform as Inventory count assistant during year-end inventory

Qualifications:

*  Vocational or High School Graduate
*  With at least one (1) year experience as Maintenance Helper in a manufacturing company.
