Role Summary:

Responsible for monitoring and handling incoming and current revenue members employed in the plant that they are assigned to.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consolidates, processes, and ensures distribution of all ATM and ID request of new members.
• Assists in payroll-related tasks such as facilitation of cash payout release and submits receiving copies (cash payroll) to Payout Processors.
• Monitors and provides reminders on the 3rd and 5th Month for Probationary
• Addresses all member concerns and queries, offers quick solutions, and/or directs, forwards and follows through the concerned to the right point person.
• Updates, Monitors and submits Manning Master list, weekly manning report and summary of concerns.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo, Pasig
