Job Description:

The Compliance Manager is responsible for the adherence to all legal, regulatory, and industry standards related to overseas recruitment, deployment, and labor practices, including overseeing the documentation, exit clearance to dispatch, and workers’ welfare compliance.

• Ensure 100% compliance with local and international labor laws, including DMW, POEA, and ILO regulations, by implementing risk-based controls and timely updates.

• Oversee documentation, contracts, and client agreements to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless audits.

• Lead stakeholder coordination with regulatory bodies, clients, and overseas partners to ensure ethical recruitment and worker welfare.

• Resolve compliance issues and grievances swiftly, ensuring proactive risk management and continuous operational readiness.

• Provide strategic guidance to the compliance team, promoting a culture of accountability and professional growth.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
● At least 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles, preferably in the overseas recruitment industry.
● Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws, Philippine Overseas Employment Agency/Department of Migrant Worker regulations, and international labor standards.
