Job Description:

As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, preparing bank reconciliation reports, and assisting in maintaining accurate records for our assigned clients.

✅ What You’ll Do:

✔ Process financial requisitions, vouchers, and journal entries
✔ Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
✔ Submit monthly reconciliation reports on or before the 12th of each month
✔ Ensure accurate recording of coop share refunds and other transactions
✔ Resolve discrepancies and address member inquiries related to accounting

📌 Qualifications:

🎓 Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or a related course
🖥️ Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
🔍 Detail-oriented and organized
📊 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🗣️ Good communication and coordination skills
📆 Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
