• Job Description:
  As a Supervisory Trainee, you'll rotate through different departments, gaining valuable experience and exposure to our core operations.

  ✅Shadow Leaders to gain insights into operations and leadership.
  Provide administrative support while learning cooperative policies and processes.
  ✅Collaborate on evaluating reports, analyses, and performances, and apply data analysis techniques to measure process performance and identify opportunities for enhancement
  ✅Engages with teams and key projects from various departments to understand their specific process requirements and gather input for process improvement initiatives.
  
  Qualifications:
• Graduates in Engineering, Management, Business, Human Resource, Agribusiness or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Analytical and has a leadership ability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Office Suite
