Key Responsibiltes: 

*  Conducts re-orientation of statutory and in house benefits to members

*  Ensures accurate and timely request of benefit payments due to members

*  Ensures that Certificate of Compliance and/or of Good Standing from SSS, PHIC and HDMF are released on a timely manner

*  Timely and accurate reporting of new and resigned members to SSS and PhilHealth

Qualifications: 

*  Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Psychology or Human Resource

*  Knowledgeable in processing statutory benefits specifically SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR

*  Coordination and Communication Skills (written and verbal)

*  Time Management Skills

*  High Attention to details
