As the HR Admin Manager, he/she is responsble in managing the overall operations of the back-office human resources requirements of the Cooperative by proactively supporting the operations in terms of achieving its overall overall Purpose and Principles.

An HR Admin Manager is in charge of an organization's administrative and human resources activities. In order to provide effective administrative assistance for day-to-day corporate operations, this position involves handling relations with workers, recruitment and paycheck.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment & Deployment – Manages hiring, sourcing, and smooth onboarding of member-worker-owners.
* Employee Relations – Handles engagement programs, grievances, and performance improvements.
* Benefits & Payroll – Oversees statutory benefits, insurance, and timely salary payouts.
* Strategic HR Support – Aligns HR functions with business goals, ensuring efficiency and cost management.
Qualifications:
* Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration
* Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics (recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement)
* In-depth knowledge of labor law, recruitment and HR best practices
* People oriented, results and data-driven
* Ability to build strategy along with leadership skills
* Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Cooperative
