As Recruitment Manager, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for construction manpower deployment. Your focus is on ensuring that hiring strategies are aligned with operational goals, while maintaining a positive candidate experience and compliance with labor standards.

You will oversee sourcing, screening, deployment, and onboarding, while managing a team of recruiters and closely coordinating with Cooperative leaders and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment by developing strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting assessments, and managing onboarding.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards, including documentation and coordination with the Compliance team.

• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, providing timely updates and addressing concerns proactively.

• Manage and mentor the recruitment team, set performance goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate performance, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of recruitment, labor law, and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
