Key Responsibilities

As an Account Officer, you are responsible for acquiring and managing client accounts, ensuring successful worker deployment, and driving business growth through lead generation and account conversion. You serve as the key liaison between the company, clients, and recruitment teams, maintaining strong partnerships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exploring new business opportunities.

• Generate leads, acquire new accounts, and support contract renewals.
• Develop and manage relationships with foreign and local clients.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for smooth worker deployment.
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in account management, client servicing, or business development (manpower/recruitment industry preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with foreign clients,
  organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
