Job Description:

As Mini Excavator Operator you responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a mini excavator (also known as a compact excavator or mini digger) and related attachments to perform various construction, landscaping, utility, and demolition tasks. This role requires precision in maneuvering the equipment in confined spaces, adherence to all safety protocols, and collaboration with the site crew to ensure project completion on schedule and to specifications.

• Safely and efficiently operate a mini excavator for tasks including, but not limited to, digging, trenching, backfilling, grading, leveling, and moving soil, rock, and debris.
• Maneuver the equipment precisely in tight or sensitive areas, avoiding damage to utilities, structures, and surrounding property.
• Adhere strictly to all company and regulatory safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (typically 6 months -3 years) operating mini or heavy equipment, with significant experience on mini excavators.
• Heavy Equipment Operation (Hydraulic Excavator) NCII
• In-depth knowledge of mini excavator controls and capabilities.
