As a Store Officer In-Charge you are responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and back-office operations of the store.

Job Descriptio/Responsibilities:

* Ensures individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers

* Responsible for the overall management of a store's inventory
* Ensures accurate stock levels, proper storage, and timely issuance of supplies • Oversees day-to-day operations, maintains records, and reports any discrepancies to management

* Acts as the primary point of contact for all store-related activities

* Prepares and submits Daily Sales Reports of store together with the Store Cashier

* Provides true and accurate sales reports and transaction records

* Guarantees consistently high standards of customer experience within the store

* Responsible for Loss Prevention compliance within store

* Participates in Physical Inventory counts and ensures there is zero variance

* Participates in all Marketing opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 2 to 3 years of experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably in apparel/footwear) with a results-driven track record

* Proven ability to exceed sales goals

* Demonstrated ability to identify, hire, train, develop and retain top Sales Associates

* Demonstrates effective communication and ability to present information to large groups

* Strong interpersonal and motivational skill
