Role Summary:

As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for our employees. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels, including new hires, current employees, and managers.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized training plans.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and performance.
• Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and training manuals.
• Facilitate training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and methods.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.
• Collaborate with external training providers to offer specialized training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems.
• Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo, Pasig
