Job Description:

• Perform plant tissue culture procedures including initiation, multiplication, rooting, and acclimatization
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain culture media, glassware, and laboratory equipment
• Monitor cultures for contamination, growth rate, and abnormalities
• Maintain accurate records of culture batches, protocols, and results
• Follow laboratory safety, quality control, and sanitation standards
• Assist in hardening and transfer of plantlets to greenhouse or nursery conditions

Qualifications:

• Degree or technical training in Agriculture, Horticulture, Biology, or related field
• Knowledge of plant tissue culture techniques and aseptic procedures
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a sterile laboratory environment
• Willingness to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs
• Preferably Female
