Qualifications:

• Welding Techniques: Mastery of different welding methods like MIG, TIG, and arc welding, along with the ability to adapt to various welding positions (flat, vertical, overhead)
• Equipment Operation: Proficiency in operating and maintaining welding equipment, cutting tools, and other related machinery
• Cutting and Grinding: Skill in operating cutting and grinding tools for precise material preparation and finishing
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols to accurately plan and execute welding projects
• Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve welding-related issues, such as poor weld quality or equipment malfunctions
• Weld Inspection: Ability to identify and address weld defects, ensuring the quality and structural integrity of welds
