Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and process payout records by checking timekeeping data, preparing income/expense statements, and encoding/uploading all earnings and deductions in the system
• Coordinates with the HR Coordinators for the Approved Payroll Summary and validates data.
• Handle employee concerns by addressing payout issues, preparing ledgers for resigning employees, and computing SIL conversion, Coopshare refunds, YEI, and other releasable benefits.
• Prepare and manage administrative documents including bank transmittals, absence monitoring reports, headcount submissions, and required filings (MIL, Canteen/PPE, Barracks deductions).
• Ensure timely release and proper documentation of all payouts, benefits, and employee-related financial transactions.
  
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or any related field.
• Experience in employees compensation, payroll, timekeeping, billing, payouts, or any administrative role handling numerical data.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, high integrity, ability to meet deadlines, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (internship in compensation and benefits is an advantage)
