Key Responsibilities

  • Validate timekeeping records and ensure accurate payout computations
  • Process and encode earnings, deductions, and other payroll-related transactions
  • Coordinate with HR and Payroll teams to verify approved payroll summaries
  • Compute final pay, SIL conversion, and other releasable member benefits
  • Address and resolve payout-related concerns in a timely and professional manner

     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, HR, or any related field
  • Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy
  • Good communication skills, high integrity, and ability to meet deadlines
