Job Description:
As an Erection Foreman you're a frontline supervisory role in construction, responsible for leading a crew to safely and efficiently assemble and install the structural components of a building or industrial facility. They act as the crucial link between project management and the skilled tradespeople on the site.

Qualifications:

• Must know how to read and interpret construction drawings for implementation on the job site
• Must know how to sort and sequence erection pieces based on the drawings
• Can schedule workforce to meet deadlines
• Can communicate and coordinate with site engineer and project manager
• Can understand basic crane signaling
