Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and government requirements (e.g., permits, licenses, reportorial submissions)
  • Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions
  • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews, ensuring readiness at all times
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and provide compliance guidance to internal teams



Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
  • Knowledgeable in Labor Law, Due Process, Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and organization
  • Effective communication skills and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
