Job Description:
As a Painter you are responsible  for applying paints, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet specifications and project requirements. Prepares surfaces, selects appropriate materials and techniques, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment while supporting overall operational or construction activities.

Qualifications:

• Painting Techniques: Expertise in various painting methods (brushing, rolling, spraying) and applying different types of paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes.
• Surface Preparation: Knowledge of preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, priming, and sealing.
• Color Matching and Mixing: Ability to accurately match and mix colors, understand color theory, and select appropriate colors for different surfaces and applications.
• Material Knowledge: Understanding of different types of paints, primers, finishes, and their properties and applications.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with and ability to use various painting tools, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, caulking guns, and other equipment.
