Glucose Production Helper

Job Summary

The Glucose Production Helper assists in the production of glucose products by supporting machine operations, handling raw materials, maintaining cleanliness of the production area, and ensuring that production activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Production Operators in the operation of glucose production equipment and machinery.
• Load, unload, and transfer raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products within the production area.
• Monitor the production process and immediately report any equipment abnormalities or quality issues to the Production Operator or Supervisor.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation of production equipment, tools, and work areas in accordance with GMP and sanitation procedures.
• Weigh, measure, and prepare raw materials as instructed.
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished glucose products.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), food safety requirements, and company safety policies at all times.
• Record production data and assist in completing required production documents when assigned.
• Support preventive maintenance and machine setup activities as directed by the maintenance or production team.
• Maintain good housekeeping and keep the work area organized and free from hazards.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate; Technical/Vocational training is an advantage.
• Experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
