Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor production output, quality, productivity, and compliance with production targets.
• Assign tasks and manage manpower according to production requirements.
• Ensure that production schedules and deadlines are met.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and provide instructions to production personnel.
• Ensure proper implementation of 5S, GMP, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify production issues, bottlenecks, and machine/equipment concerns and coordinate with the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, manpower reports, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, Engineering, and other departments to support production requirements.
• Train, coach, and develop production employees.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of raw materials, equipment, and other production resources.
• Investigate production problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized production area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
• With 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing/production, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and workplace safety.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
