Job Description:
As a Pool Attendant you are responsible for creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests on the pool deck. While not responsible for active water rescues, you will support day-to-day pool operations, maintain facility cleanliness, distribute amenities, and assist with guest requests.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate; college-level is an
• advantage.
• Physically fit with strong swimming and water-rescue skills.
• CPR, First Aid, and BLS certification is preferred/required.
• Knowledge of pool safety, drowning prevention, and
• emergency response.
• Alert, responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
• Good communication and guest-service skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous lifeguard or pool-related experience is an
• advantage.
• Willing to undergo required medical/fitness assessment
• and company training.
• Must comply with all client, company, pool safety, and OSH
• policies.
