A Month of Growth, Recognition, and New Horizons

As July begins, we're excited to look back at a packed June, a month celebrating our people, partnerships, and positive impact across tipón.

June saw significant recognition for our best: We honored our top-performing Members' Supervisors from the MS Satisfaction Survey, acknowledging their vital role as frontliners. This was swiftly followed by the surprise presentation of the first-ever Ilaw ng tipón Award to Ms. Lorena Alingig of MSG South Mindanao, celebrating her exceptional administrative achievements.

On the project front, Worklife Construction announced a significant new partnership, starting June 16, for the World City College (WCC) project in Guimba, Nueva Ecija, promising substantial growth.

Our cooperatives extended their reach in the community: Tnalak MPC passionately supported the Sagip Batang Manggagawa (SBM) advocacy on June 14, promoting child labor-free environments. Meanwhile, Kaamulan MPC made significant contributions to Brigada Eskwela 2025 across Bukidnon schools and provided swift assistance to a fire-affected member, embodying genuine care.

Beyond these highlights, Asiapro Construction's Member Relations Programs were in full swing, fostering engagement through Kapihan sessions, TESDA assessments, team building, and wellness initiatives. We also proudly recognized members for their perfect attendance.

Celebrating Our Frontline Leaders: Members' Supervisors Recognized for Excellence!

The results are in, and we're thrilled to announce the top-performing Members' Supervisors in Luzon-based Business Units based on the recent MS Satisfaction Survey!

The awarding ceremony kicked off with inspiring opening remarks from our President and General Manager, Michael Gonzalez. He passionately emphasized the vital role our Members' Supervisors play as the frontliners who interact daily with our clients and members—two of the federation's top three priorities aside from the cooperatives.

Following his remarks, the deserving awardees were called to the front one by one. Each supervisor, accompanied by their respective Business Platform Head and/or Operations Head, proudly accepted their accolades from MDG Head, Juella Caballero, and shook hands with PGM Michael Gonzalez and Chairman of tipón, Gary Quemado II.
